The Dream Process:

Have you ever wanted to take a class in something but couldn't find one offered anywhere? Do you sometimes wish you could DO SOMETHING about ---(insert here something that makes you really passionate)--?! Do you want to organize a project/ event/ benefit/ action (you name it) but don't know how to get started? Do you really feel the best way to learn something is from an expert but you don’t know how to find one?

This is the perfect opportunity to manifest your dreams! Vashon Youth Council will help you develop your ideas, connect you with resource people, give you the right tools, and access the money you need to carry out your project. You start the process by submitting the Dream Proposal:
